The Nominating Committee would like to encourage all individuals who want to volunteer to work within Westside Baptist Church to complete a ministry service application.

Westside Baptist Church requires that all volunteers, working with Children under the age of 18 years, go through a background check and complete a ministry service application.

Please fill out Online Background Application which includes a Release Authorization.
